Kathy Jo Staheli, AD, is a NAMACB -certified doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine with nearly two decades of specialization in Panchakarma—the Ayurvedic science of detoxification and rejuvenation. As the founder of Purusha Ayurveda Panchakarma Sanctuary, she has dedicated her career to creating a space where clients can experience the transformative healing powers of Ayurveda.

Her journey began in Santa Cruz, California, where she worked as a Panchakarma Technician, leading her to pursue formal education at Kerala Ayurveda Academy and Bastyr University. Kathy Jo further expanded her knowledge through multiple internships in India with the country’s top Ayurvedic doctors in clinics, hospitals, and retreat centers.

In her role at Kerala Ayurveda Academy, Kathy Jo not only served as a practitioner but also as a global business development manager, helping to introduce Ayurvedic resources to the U.S. market. Her innovative spirit led to the creation of Purusha Botanicals, a custom skincare line that gained national recognition and was even featured in the Oscars goodie bag.

Her deep commitment to authentic Ayurvedic practices is reflected in her leadership within the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) for over a decade, where she currently chairs the Panchakarma Committee. With nearly 20 years of experience in the Ayurvedic health industry, Kathy Jo combines her profound knowledge with compassionate care, guiding her clients toward balanced, healthy lives through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.

Cecilia Molinar Zubieta, PKT is a dedicated Panchakarma Technician and Certified Yoga Instructor with a deep passion for exploring the human body's creative movement. Her journey began with a profound interest in dance therapy and choreographic design, which she studied at CUDD in Mexico. This foundation led her to delve into various movement techniques, including Feldenkrais, Danceability, kinesthetic empathy, authentic movement, Butoh dance, and theatre laboratory.

Cecilia discovered her love for yoga while training with Bharath Shetty at RYS Ananda Yoga in Mysore, India. Her commitment to understanding the body in motion drove her to further her studies in anatomy, kinesiology, mind-body movement, and therapeutic yoga.

She brings this extensive knowledge to her work at the Morosoli Neuropsychology Clinic, where she helps enhance neurodevelopment by investigating the relationship between movement, learning, and meditation. Cecilia also researches rhythmic movement therapy and performs craniosacral therapy, integrating these practices to support holistic health.

In every session, Cecilia combines her in-depth knowledge of movement and yoga with traditional techniques and experiential anatomy, creating a unique and transformative experience for her clients. Her approach is not just about physical exercise but about fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Kallie Taylor, a 500 E-RYT and PKT, is a seasoned yoga instructor and Panchakarma Technician with a rich background in various styles of teaching. She has studied Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kettlebells CKC, and Pilates CHPI, and is certified in hands-on assists. Kallie has also brought the healing power of yoga to people recovering from addiction.

Kallie draws her inspiration from the natural world—both the earth beneath our feet and the stars above. She weaves the cycles of life, the elements, the subtle energy body, and Yoga philosophy into her teachings, creating a holistic and grounding experience for her students. Her classes are infused with an ethereal essence, featuring custom playlists of medicine songs and mantras, enhanced by the soothing sounds of singing bowls for sound healing.

Beyond the yoga mat, Kallie enriches her life through adventures in travel, hiking, and camping. These experiences deepen her connection to nature and fuel her passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. Her teaching style is a blend of wisdom, warmth, and authenticity, guiding her students towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.


Tanner Rosenthal, PKT brings over 15 years of experience in the healing arts to his role as a Panchakarma Technician. His journey began in Salt Lake City as a Licensed Massage Therapist, where he developed a deep passion for holistic health and wellness. This passion led him to Herb Pharm, where an intensive internship immersed him in the world of herbal remedies. There, Tanner gained in-depth knowledge of nearly 180 herbs and over 85 proprietary blends, solidifying his commitment to holistic well-being.

Since joining the Purusha team in 2020, Tanner has played a crucial role in shaping their Panchakarma programs and facilitating workshops. His genuine compassion for people, animals, and the planet shines through in his practice, teaching, and every interaction. Tanner's approach is not just about healing the body but also nurturing the soul and fostering a deeper connection to the natural world. His dedication to holistic health and his warm, empathetic nature make him an invaluable part of the Purusha community.


Sarah Syson, HAC, is an Ayurvedic health coach and aspiring Ayurvedic Practitioner and a cornerstone of versatility within the Purusha team. Deeply inspired by Ayurveda’s holistic philosophies, she is currently advancing her studies at Kerala Ayurveda, working towards her health counseling certification.

Sarah's daily life is fueled by the intrinsic beauty of nature, which is reflected in the love-infused Ayurvedic meals she crafts for Purusha's guests. Her culinary expertise is just one facet of her role. As Purusha's botanicals product specialist, Sarah integrates her passion for Ayurveda into product development and consultation. Her multifaceted contributions highlight her dedication and love for holistic health, making her an invaluable part of the team. Sarah’s journey is marked by a genuine commitment to nurturing others and promoting wellness through the time-honored practices of Ayurveda.


Me'ka is a dedicated Panchakarma Technician and Ayurvedic Chef in training, brings a wealth of experience in subtle energy recognition and alignment, guiding others through transformative wellness practices. She is a certified sound and vibrational therapist, weaving ancient harmonics and resonances from Tibet and Africa into her healing work. As a dedicated student of Egyptian BioGeometry and sacred geometry through the Vesica Institute, Me'ka is trained in physical Radiesthesia and the implementation of BG3 energy, allowing her to work with protective and balancing energies in profound ways.

Her commitment to a vibrant, healthy lifestyle shines through her plant-based culinary creations and wellness products, embodying her passion for holistic living.
