Panchakarma, Retreat, & Workshop Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due at the time of booking for all retreats.

All Panchakarma, Retreats, and Immersions have the following cancellation policy:

• 21 or more days total amount returned less $500 usd non-refundable deposit

• 21-14 days before scheduled arrival 50% of the total amount will be returned less $500 usd non-refundable deposit

• 14-3 days before scheduled arrival 30% of the total amount will be returned less $500 usd non-refundable deposit

• 3-1 days before scheduled arrival no amount will be returned

Panchakarma, Retreat, and Workshop Early Departure Policy

No refund will be given for early departure.

Appointment Cancellation & Change Policy

Fully payment is do at the time of your booking. Please adhere to your appointment time in order to take advantage of the full treatment. Should you arrive late your appointment will still end at the originally appointed time. We suggest that you arrive 20 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to maximize your enjoyment and use of our facilities. Twenty-four hour notification is required for all canceled or changed appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
