Purusha's signature Abhyanga warm herbal oil application is designed to bring nourishment to the tissues, deep relaxation to the muscles and calmness to the mind. The emphasis is on lubricating and invigorating the body while stimulating both arterial and lymphatic circulation for a whole body deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

This powerful Ayurvedic exfoliating technique conditions the skin while stimulating the hair follicles, and subcutaneous fat tissues and releases stagnant lymphatic toxins from the body. Udwarnthanam is a refreshing technique that helps to reduce cholesterol, obesity, and fat storage while clearing and tonifying the skin.

A simple yet profound technique that works specifically on balancing and stabilizing the nervous system and the activities of the mind. Warm specific oils and herbs are streamed over the forehead taking you on a journey deep within. Shirodhara is highly effective in normalizing sleep cycles and reducing stress and insomnia. It calms the nerves while at the same time awakening the senses.

A circulation-enhancing treatment helpful in reducing stiffness, joint pain, injuries, rheumatism and high cholesterol while profoundly relaxing the muscles. In this procedure, herbal oil is applied to the entire body, followed by a unique technique that uses warm boluses packed with herbs.

Vasti therapy is a powerful ancient practice involving the use of warm herbal oil to provide both physical and emotional relief. This traditional technique has helped relieve symptoms for countless individuals, from pain and stiffness in the back along their spine to deep-seated anxiety or even hormone imbalances. Types of Vasti’s offered | Kati Vasti (lower back), Greeva Vasti (neck), Janu Vasti (knee), Netra Vasti (eye) , Hrid Vasti (heart), Shiro (head), and Chakra Vati (navel).

Marma points are vital points located on the body where muscles, nerves, blood vessels, joint ligaments and bones meet. The proper stimulation of these points with light pranic healing touch with essential oil balances the flow of the entire body. Lepa

Nali Sweda

Avagaha Swedam

Ksheera Dhoomam

Pizhichil

A traditional practice, Pizhichil uses medicated oil squeezed from a cloth onto the body. Beneficial for balancing neuromuscular disorders, arthritis, and post-traumatic conditions, it fosters healing and relaxation.


Sarvangadhara involves pouring medicated oil uniformly over the body. Aiding in the balance of nervous disorders, circulatory issues, and stress-related conditions, it offers detoxification and enhanced well-being.

Panchakarma Elemination Techiniqes


An integral part of Panchakarma, Vasti (medicated oil or herbal decoction enema) promotes detoxification and balance within the body, especially for the Vata dosha. Known for its ability to address multiple health issues, this method aims to harmonize the body's doshas, enhancing overall wellness.

Vasti


A pivotal Panchakarma method, Virechana uses herbal substances to induce purgation, targeting excess Pitta dosha. By detoxifying the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and gallbladder, it boosts metabolic functions. Ideal for Pitta, liver-related conditions, skin issues, and chronic fever, its effectiveness is enhanced when combined with preparatory techniques like Snehana and Swedana.

Virechana


A fundamental Panchakarma practice, Vamana involves medically induced emesis to expel excess Kapha dosha from the body. It's a powerful detoxification technique, addressing respiratory and digestive issues, including bronchial asthma, chronic colds, and indigestion. Properly sequenced preparatory methods enhance its potency and ensure its safety.

Nasya, another essential Panchakarma procedure, administers medicated oils or powders through the nasal passage.
